To qualify as an accredited investor, an individual must meet at least ONE of the following requirements:

  1. Earn an annual income of at least $200,000 for the past two years (or $300,000 combined income if married) and reasonably expect to maintain the same level of income in the current year.

    OR

  2. Possess a net worth of more than $1 million, either individually or jointly with a spouse, excluding the value of their primary residence.
